Boiler Feed Water and Pumps

High Pressure Centrifugal PumpsBoiler feed water and pumps are specific types of pumps that are specially designed and used for feeding stationary boilers of the conventional ( organic fuel) fired steam power plants with water. These pumps are normally high pressure units that use suction from a condensate return system. The pumps II3 90-180 and II3 90-110 deliver feed water into the steam generating plants that are used for the exploitation of the oil fields). Motor driven horizontal multistage segmental or barrel- casing ( with a withdraw able cartridge of ring section type) centrifugal pumps- single flow impeller arrangement, with all the impellers facing the same way.

Feed water pumps range in size up to many horsepower and the pump rotor is supported by the oil-ring or pressure lubricated plain bearings.
Shaft sealing: These are mechanical seals or packed glands. Pumps for 380 and 580 m3/h rated capacity may be operated either equipped with a fluid coupling or without it. The pump for a duty of 780m3/h may be equipped either with a fluid coupling or with an adjustable - frequency synchronous motor. In case of 600 m3/h pump a fluid coupling is indispensable.




Descaling Pumps

Design of these pumps are similar to multistage high pressure boiler feed water pumps. Extra features are added to descaling pumps so that they can take care of heavy and frequent thrust loads encountered during de-scaling operations in plate mills and hot strip mills. Most of the pump components are manufactured from Vacuum Degassed 13 % Chromium Steel.

These are ring-section centrifugal pump with single flow impeller arrangement (with all impellers facing the same way) and automatic compensation of rotor axial thrust by a balancing device. The pump casing consists of a suction casing; a discharge casing and a set of stage casings, which are concentrically aligned with respect to each other, being fitted on circular rabbetted fits, and tied up with studs (tie bolts). The tightness of joints between the stage casings, suction and delivery casings is ensured by a metal-to-metal contact of the mated surfaces, with round section joint rings (O-rings) of rubber placed in between them for additional sealing. Diffusers are built in the delivery casing and stage casings.

The pump rotor is composed of shaft, impellers, balance disc, sleeves, oil throwers and fasteners. Axial forces arising in during the pump operation and descaling operations act on the impeller shrouds and shaft end face. They are directed towards the pump suction. The balance disc or balancing drum serves to take up and equalize the rotor axial thrust because of single flow impeller design and descaling operations . A pipe connection is provided to enable flowing the leakages from the balancing chamber to the suction pipeline. A thrust antifriction bearing are provided in the non-drive end bearing for the limitation of axial shifts of the rotor. Shaft sealing is by means of mechanical seals. Flexible membrane plate shaft coupling (dry).is used for connecting pump with the motor Double casing pumps( barrel insert design) can also be manufactured on customer demand.

Boiler Condensate Pumps

The boiler condensate pumps, high pressure boiler feed pumps, centrifugal boiler feed pumps are designed for pumping condensate in the steam and water circuit systems of the thermal power stationsl that burn organic fuel as well as to transfer water in the hot water heating ad water supply systems.

Oil Pipeline And Transfer Pumps

Designed for transporting crude oil and refined oil products through long-distance pipelines and products lines. Electrically driven horizontal multistage segmental or barrel- casing (HM 500-800 and HM 1250-400) centrifugal pumps. Single flow impeller arrangement, with all the impellers facing the same way.

The pump rotor is supported by the plain bearings with forced oil lubrication.Shaft sealing: mechanical seals. The pumping units are made either in the climatic version Y(for areas with a temperate climate), the location category 2 ( under roof) at the lowest ambient tempe-rature of minus 29 degree C or in the climatic version YXII ( for areas with a temperature and cold climate), the location category 4 ( in case of HM 500-800, HM 1250-400) according to TOCT 15150-69.
