Triplex Plunger Pumps for Descaling ApplicationsDescaling is a very critical application in steel mills for removal of scale from slabs and billets before entry into mill stands. This needs high discharge and pressure from 160 bar to 400 bar. Triplex plunger pumps with our unloading valves give a consistent and trouble free operation. Max operating temperature for such applications is 60 *C . Water should be clean water with max particle size of 100 microns and particles concentration not exceeding 100 ppm. Pumps are designed with integral gears and circulating lubrication.

Triplex Plunger Pumps for Boiler Feed Water ApplicationsThese pumps are designed for boiler feed water temperatures up to 150 *C Plunger RPM are kept low so as to have lower acceleration head at suction. Suction pressure should be kept higher than the vapour pressure of steam for operating temperature of feed water. Pumps are driven by pulley. Due to very high efficiency at low volumes and high pressures, these pumps have advantage over centrifugal pumps for small boilers and small size power plants.

Single acting Triplex Plunger Pumps for Oil Well  applicationsSingle acting triplex high pressure pump is rated for as high as 800HP and 70MPa in the oilfield servicing applications such as well flushing, well cementing and well fracturing. It is also widely used in pressure testing and wellhead pressure relief. The field proven design is compact, durable and efficient. It can be skid mount, truck mount; chain-driven or gear-driven as required. Since compatible with industrial standards, it matches with Arison BY520, HT750D, HT5961 and HT6061 transmission cases. To optimize its performance and service life, it is preferable to work at a maximum of 70-80% of it full power and below 270 strokes/min. The performance parameters correspond to intermittent work of less than three hours a day.

Small, compact and efficient, our F series is compatible to the industry-recognized F series. It has longer stroke lengths than the others and therefore less number of strokes per minute is needed for the same output. This special feature increases service life and enhances reliability. It is versatile in application and especially suitable for medium to deep oil wells.
